Got questions? We’ve got answers! Whether you're booking us for a neighborhood pop-up, a private party, or a school event, here’s everything you need to know about working with Fizzology.

💬 How does pricing work for events?

🏡 Public Events, 🏢 School, Corporate, and Business Events, 🎉 Private Events (Birthday Parties, HOA Events, Neighborhood Gatherings, etc.)

🌧️ What happens if it rains?

Fizzology operates rain or shine, but safety comes first! In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds, dangerous conditions), we’ll work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund, minus any non-refundable travel fees if applicable.

📆 What’s your cancelation policy?

To receive a full refund or to reschedule, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice. Events canceled within 7 days are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to apply your deposit/payment toward a future event, if available.

⏳ Is there a time limit for events?

Yes—we book events in 1-hour increments with a maximum of 3 hours per day for private events. Need more time? Let us know in advance, and we can create a custom package for you!

🚐 Do you travel outside of Cherokee County, GA?

We’re based in Holly Springs, Georgia, and serve surrounding areas. Travel is included within 15 miles of Holly Springs. For events outside this range, a travel fee may apply—just ask when booking!

🍹 Can we create a custom drink for our event?

Absolutely! We love getting creative. Want a signature mix for your birthday party, wedding, or office event? Let us know and we’ll help you design the perfect Fizzology flavor.

📲 How do I book Fizzology for my event?

Easy! Just send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook @fizzologysodashop or email us at fizzologysodashop@gmail.com. We recommend booking early—dates fill up fast!
